Darkness

 

As the night drapes the earth,

and the stars begin to shine.

Oh! What beauty darkness brings,

around it our lives entwine.

We embrace the darkness,

sometimes without the light

Why do we feel so lost?

even when the days shine bright.

‘Coz it’s our heart and only ours,

that truly accepts rumination of our soul.

The darkness comes again,

And the night galores.
